Avril Wendt and Frank Bertucca:
|If you are looking for a real estate consultant who has seen it all, then Avril is your agent. A real estate veteran of over 40 years Avril started her career in London, Ontario with The Permanent, following a 13 year teaching career.
Sitting still is not Avril’s style and she quickly moved onward and upward first as Branch Manager in London, then as Regional Manager for South Western Ontario and then to Regional Manager for Canada Trust in Toronto West Region from 1986 to 1989. Avril was managing 16 offices and over 400 sales staff from Central Toronto west to Oakville.
From 1990 to 1993 she was General Manager and Branch Manager for Sadie Moranis Limited before deciding to resume the sales life with Rosedale Realty, Sutton Group and finally with Keller Williams Referred Realty Inc.
Avril has seen every market imaginable; she can teach shortcuts to Google Maps. She is uncompromising in her commitment to service with a work ethic second to none.
Born and raised in Central Toronto, you couldn’t find anyone who understands how the city has grown and changed in the last 50 years better than Frank Bertucca.
Frank is a graduate of St Michael’s College School and York University and began his Real Estate career right after University in 1986. With over 30 years experience, Frank has maintained his passion for the industry with a commitment to service for the betterment of his clients. His straight forward approach and enthusiasm on educating his clients on how to maximize their Real Estate portfolio has allowed him to help hundreds of families realize their dream.
In his spare time he is passionate about practicing and coaching Taekwondo, educating other agents on how to build a real estate business or boasting about his kid’s achievements.
